This project focused on beta testing new Sephora features: Community, Groups, Chat, Livestreams, and more! The purpose of these features are to connect shoppers with professionals, to celebrate the "beauty community" found on the internet, and to streamline new features with online shopping.

It was a privilege to be able to assist Senior Researchers with this project – I love both makeup and research! My time at Goto Media gave me an opportunity to apply the methodology I've learned in Sociology seamlessly into UX.
